How long we retain your data
Your data provided at one of our event or by buying an online tickets is kept for a period of 10 years. All data can be erased upon request. You will always have the posibility to opt our of our mailing list. Your data is protected on a secure database.
What rights you have over your data
With a simple e-mail to our administrator you will be able to receive an overview of your data.
Ticket sales
Tickets are standard not refundable. If possible the organisation will seek for a suitable solution. In case of non foreseen cancellation the organisation will refund your tickets if the organisation itself will be refunded.
Media
When entering our venue the visitor gives explicit consent to the organisation to take pictures ,to film, to publish, to stream, to spread the coverage under all existing or to be invented formats. The organisation can use the coverage without any restrictions and this for commercial use this for now and in eternity. The organisation is not required to mention any names.
When entering our venue the visitor gives explict consent to the organisation that the visitor will renouce any Infringement of privacy, copyright breaches, portrait-rights. The visitor will not have any right to review any coverage nor to ask any retribution for the use of the coverage
Cloackroom
The organization will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any goods provided into our cloackroom. The visitor will have no right to claim any loss. If both parties agree a suitable solution will be found.
